5060 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 5060 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 5060 platform — whether via web browser or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the operator of the 5060 platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and take full responsibility for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
2. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 5060 platform. Duplicate account registration is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The platform reserves the right to verify user identity at any time in accordance with compliance requirements. Identity documents may be required for account verification or withdrawal processing purposes.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with anyone.
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you were directly involved.
- Notifying the platform immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensuring that the device you use to access the platform is secure and free from malware.
5060 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to protect their login credentials.
3. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 5060 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits and withdrawals via supported local Malaysian payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and other methods listed in the Finance section of your account.
Deposit Conditions
All deposits are final and non-reversible once confirmed. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and are owned by the user themselves. The platform reserves the right to hold or reject deposits that show signs of suspicious activity.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the platform's internal review policy. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before approval. The platform reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until all required verification is completed. Any processing fees, where applicable, will be clearly stated at the time of the transaction.
Tax & Financial Liability
Users are solely responsible for fulfilling any tax obligations related to their winnings or transactions on the platform, in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. 5060 does not act as a tax agent or financial advisor.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Prohibitions
Users of the 5060 platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical tools to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform's security systems or infrastructure.
- Creating more than one account or using an account belonging to another person.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, forgery, or money laundering through the platform.
- Abusing bonuses, promotions, or special offers in a manner that violates the stated conditions.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.
- Using the platform for any illegal purpose that contravenes Malaysian law.
The platform reserves the right to take immediate action, including permanent suspension or closure of an account, against users found to have violated any of the above prohibitions. Any balance remaining in an account closed due to a breach may be forfeited at the platform's discretion.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
The 5060 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding its availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. The platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system delays, or processing errors.
In any event, the maximum liability of the 5060 platform to any user shall not exceed the amount of the user's most recent processed deposit.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and materials found on the 5060 platform are the exclusive property of the platform or its licensors. Users are not permitted to reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any platform content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links & Services
5060 may engage third-party service providers such as game suppliers and payment processors. The platform is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms, or conduct of such third parties. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms separately.
6. Changes to Terms, Account Closure & Governing Law

5060 reserves the right to modify, add, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the most recent revision date indicated. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Suspension and Closure
The platform reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, law enforcement requests, or internal compliance requirements. Where an account is closed through no fault of the user, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the platform's current policy.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 5060 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation.
